What is Hatha Yoga Flow?

This is Hatha vinyasa flow, where no one class is the same, challenging students at whatever level or ability to progress in their practice whilst creating a deeper awareness.

 

This class has some dynamic elements where creative posture sequences are linked to the breath in a flowing energetic workout to increase stamina, strength and flexibility. 

 

The flow then leads into deeper stretches, breathing and relaxation practices to benefit both mind and body.

​

Suitable for most levels - a moderate level of fitness is helpful. Modifications will be given throughout the class.​

    Hatha Yoga Flow focuses on mindful movement and breath which in turn produces calm; reducing stress and any anxiety.​ Paying attention to the 'present moment' gives a greater sense of wellbeing and improved sleep.​​​
