Hatha Yoga Flow

This is Hatha vinyasa flow, where no one class is the same, challenging students at whatever level or ability to progress in the practice whilst creating a deeper awareness.

 

This class has some dynamic elements where creative posture sequences are linked to the breath in a flowing energetic workout to increase stamina, strength and flexibility. 

 

The flow then leads into deeper stretches, breathing and relaxation practices to benefit both mind and body.

Suitable for most levels - a moderate level of fitness is helpful. Modifications will be given throughout the class.
