Massage is an age-old healing practice and touch is one of our most vital human needs. It can relieve, reassure, and restore, helping the body and mind return to a natural state of balance.

Whatever your sport, work or leisure pursuit, increasingly people are turning to massage for its wide ranging benefits. Regular massages can support existing exercise regimes and assist the rehabilitation of many common ailments and injuries including back & shoulder pain, muscles strains and other musculoskeletal problems, reducing inflammation in sore muscles.

Massage brings suppleness to muscles, frees up and mobilises joints, helping to realign the body and improve posture.

Sorrel offers a variety of different massages and bodywork, including Remedial Deep Tissue, Swedish and Thai Yoga Massage.

They are suitable for everyone, whether you’re healthy and active or living with chronic conditions. If you run, play football or netball, sit at a desk all day, spend hours gardening, or are constantly on the go with children or grandchildren, massage can help ease tension, support recovery, and restore balance.
