Sorrel de la Hey understands that unforeseeable and unanticipated events occasionally occur in one’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, and for the consideration of Sorrel’s time, the following policies have been adopted.

Any therapies I may undertake are done so voluntarily with the understanding that the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Privacy policies have been read and are to be abided by.

Suitability of treatments ​

Due to the nature of the yoga, massage and bodywork, it is imperative that you always consult your GP or a healthcare professional for medical attention and advice. Sorrel de la Hey will not diagnose, prescribe medication or medical treatment of any kind.

Bookings

A confirmation of a booking or treatment is taken as proof that you have read, understood and agree to the set out Terms and Conditions as described.

Late arrivals

Sorrel makes every effort to accommodate late arrivals, should you arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time it may result in cancellation of appointment and the full payment will be taken. If you do not notify or show up to your appointment the full payment will be held.

Confidentiality
All client information and records will be safeguarded by Sorrel de la Hey Yoga and Massage and will remain confidential.

Consultations and all client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client.

Health & Safety

Due to the nature of yoga and massage and the need for close contact, Sorrel de la Hey will maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and clients are asked to ensure this is also maintained.​ If you are unwell, suffering from a cold, virus or similar please notify Sorrel de la Hey at the earliest opportunity to rearrange the appointment. Cancellation policy may apply.
