These classes are general Hatha yoga and cover physical postures, breathing and strengthening work as well as mindful practices to stretch, strengthen and de-stress, improve posture and aid deeper relaxation.

Remedial Yoga

These specific classes focus on the foundations of yoga, combining postures, breathing and mindful practices to increase range of movement, awareness and a greater sense of well-being and calm.

Small groups allow for optimum personal attention so modifications can be made for those with injuries/conditions and help build confidence with progression.

Hatha Yoga Flow

An energizing and mindful practice where no two classes are the same. Flow through creative, breath-led sequences that build strength, stamina, and flexibility, followed by deep stretches and relaxation. This class cultivates awareness, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes calm, wellbeing, and improved sleep.

Suitable for most levels, a moderate level of fitness is helpful but modifications will be given throughout the class.
